This is russian half-translation of Trac 0.10.4.
Only user interface translated (most error and logging stil has eng description).

Unzip & untar to temp dir, make backup of destination folders and copy there.

I have Ubuntu and next paths...

/usr/share/python-support/trac/trac/ - trac.tar.gz
/usr/share/trac/templates/ -  templates.tar.gz
/usr/share/trac/htdocs/ - htdocs.tar.gz
