Description

The license is described as BSD, but this is slightly ambiguous, as there are multiple "BSD N-Clause" licenses. Dmitry Dianov described in an email exchange that the license should be BSD 3-Clause.

The change will be made in setup.py, a copy of the license will be added to the source and references to the included license will be added to the top of each source file.
