Selecting tickets by component or owner

Description

It would be great if it is possible to select stats also by component or owner. Just like it's done selecting by milestone.

I plan to expand on the functionality and will keep this in mind. Some major changes have been pushed recently. It would be great, if you are using the plugin, if you could test the latest code and report back. Thanks.
