10138,T & E plugin always in need of an upgrade even though log says it is fine,mgara,bobbysmith007,I have been trying to install your plugin from svn source. I did the setup and copied the egg file into the plugins/ directory. \r\n\r\nAfter adding the line \r\n\r\n`timingandestimationplugin.* = enabled`\r\n\r\nand running a `trac-admin upgrade`_ I still get the error message that \r\n{{{\r\nTracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded.\r\n}}}\r\nEven though \r\n{{{\r\nsudo trac-admin . upgrade\r\nDatabase is up to date_ no upgrade necessary.\r\n}}}\r\nAnd futhermore_ in the trac log I have:\r\n{{{\r\n2012-07-05 18:27:56_785 Trac[api] DEBUG: T&E BEGIN Reports need an upgrade check\r\n2012-07-05 18:27:56_786 Trac[reportmanager] DEBUG: T&E Checking for custom_report upgrade\r\n2012-07-05 18:27:56_948 Trac[reportmanager] DEBUG: T&E END Checking for custom_report upgrade\r\n2012-07-05 18:27:56_949 Trac[api] DEBUG: T&E END Reports need an upgrade check\r\n2012-07-05 18:27:56_950 Trac[api] DEBUG: T&E NEEDS UP?: sys:False_ rep:False_ stats:False_ fields:False_ man:False\r\n}}}\r\n\r\nwhich I take to mean that T&E needs an upgrade.\r\n\r\nThe only way I can stop the error is by disabling this component in the trac.ini.\r\n\r\n\r\n,defect,closed,normal,TimingAndEstimationPlugin,blocker,worksforme,upgrade loop constant waiting-for-feedback,,0.12
