Improved ticket management

Description

Add support to either reports or custom queries to allow tickets to be selected using checkboxes and then manipulated in groups. For instance, move all selected tickets to a given milestone.

I would like that also. Otherwise reorganizing of milestones is really uncomfortable!

An absolute must have! It is really needed when you have a big pool of tickets and want to assign some of them to a certain milestone (an intermediate release, demo,...)
