Can´t use Trac Release Plugin

I have installed this plugin sucessfully, but I'm not being able to use it. Does this create some menu?

Unfortunately I haven't had time to work on this project anymore.

I'll try to review it and then answer your question how you can use it.

I've added the needsadoption tag to the plugin, assuming you are ready to hand it off if someone else wants to work on it. Let me know if I've assumed too much there ;)
