Well, I am not sure the screenshot is quit small and you have not described your expectations.

However, I assume you have not set up dependencies between the tickets. Hence, the tickets are placed side-by-side.

Maybe you can post your macro call.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
