Ticket #10898 – Description
initial v3 3 3 I've installed and configured the ticket submit policy plugin ( confirmed in admin console; trac.ini contains config ; server restarted ) that you wrote, but it never fires. There are no relevant logs in the trac.log file and no errors ? Trac simply seems not to be parsing the config and acting upon it. 4 4 5 Snippets from trac.ini ;6 5 Snippets from `trac.ini`: 6 {{{ 7 7 ticketsubmitpolicy.policies.ticketexcludes = enabled 8 8 ticketsubmitpolicy.policies.ticketrequires = enabled 9 9 ticketsubmitpolicy.ticketsubmitpolicy.ticketsubmitpolicyplugin = enabled 10 10 11 12 11 [ticket-submit-policy] 13 12 epic_tickets.condition = type is EPIC 14 13 epic_tickets.requires = summary, reporter, owner, description 14 }}} 15 15 16 16 There's really no point in sending you the trac.log as there's nothing relevant in there, however this is the content of the notification email, which clearly shows that the owner and description fields are NULL, where the ticket-submit-policy configuration required them to be present. 17 17 18 {{{ 18 19 epic_tickets.requires = summary, reporter, owner, description 20 }}} 19 21 20 Notification email 21 22 Notification email: 23 {{{ 22 24 #29: TicketSubmitPoplicy is not firing 23 25 new EPIC … … 52 54 Priority: (None) 53 55 Steps to reproduce the defect: (None) 56 }}} 54 57 55 58 Really hope you are able to shed some light on this - I've been to the forums, created tickets etc, but am going nowhere fast !
