Hi, I am trying to install this plugin, but I have the following error: 

Installed /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/Tracchildtickets-2.5.2-py2.7.egg
Processing dependencies for Tracchildtickets==2.5.2
error: Installed distribution Genshi 0.7dev-r1180 conflicts with requirement Genshi>=0.6,<0.7dev

I saw that the requirement is: 

['Trac>=0.12', 'Genshi>=0.5', 'Python>=2.4']

How can I resolve it? Thanks.

Yeah, that is strange. Perhaps the error is coming from another plugin. Which other plugins do you have installed?

In 15066:

2.5.4dev: Revise installation requirements

Enforce Trac >= 1.0. Genshi and Python version is enforced
by Trac.

Fixes #10708, #11208. Refs #12364.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Mark Ryan.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
