Position of project field on ticket form?

Description

Since the choosing the project is the most important part of entering a ticket, I wonder if that dropdown could be placed more prominently -- possibly even above the summary field.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain falkb.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
