default cc is added with each preview

Description

For each preview the default cc will be added *again*. This results in duplicates in the cc list.

In 13747:

0.3dev: Only append to CC field when ticket is created. Fixes #11624.

Previously the CC field would be modified on Preview and during any ticket change, however these would often go undetected since the field is de-duplicated on save.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Ryan J Ollos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
