Empty entries are not listed and get deleted

Description

We also have empty entries in our comboboxes. These do not get listed in this plugin and thus, by using the web front end to configure the entries, get deleted.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jimmy Theis.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
