[2122] broke Trac XML-RPC plugin

Description

I'm sorry this ticket sucks so badly. I don't really have any diagnostic information to report besides the following:

Upon installing the Trac XML-RPC plugin using 

easy_install easy_install http://trac-hacks.org/svn/xmlrpcplugin/0.10

which yielded version 2122 of the codebase, the XML-RPC plugin did not work correctly. Navigating to the /login/xmlrpc URL yielded an error complaining about int() something or other.

I verified that all works well at [2121].

Hmmm. This was meant to be in the sandbox. I'll fix it up.
