Convert ticket description and attachements to UTF-8

Description

Email subject is converted to UTF-8 before being used as ticket summary. It would be handy to convert email body and attachements (if not binary) too, before including them as ticket description or attachements.

This will be done in a newer release. Killian has made a patch for this

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Bas van der Vlies.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
