1588	Modify/edit comments in tickets	maxim	anybody	Once a comment is added to a ticket, it can't be modified.\r\n\r\nOf course the "preview" button is meant to try to avoid this case, though it would be useful in some situations.\r\n\r\nThis plugin would add a "edit" button to each comment.
