Description

it should be possible to download the ticket list into a spreadsheet program. see ​http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/ticket/2669.

It is already possible to do this. There are CSV and TSV formats available for exporting, and every spreadsheet app I've ever seen can import from at least one of those.

Status: new → closed

Agreed. The CSV links at the bottom of the report and query pages are for just such a purpose.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anybody.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
