Wiki documentation.. minor improvement possible?

Description

In the documentation, there is the assumption that the user knows about Eggs.. Maybe everyone should know that Eggs are built with 'python setup.py bdist_egg'. But I didn't.

Also, there is a need for the egg to cache. I had to add to my apache2 conf the following line:

SetEnv? PYTHON_EGG_CACHE {trac.environ}/egg_cache

Thanks for considering adding these notes.
