trac-admin TRACENV upgrade failed with patched trac-0.10.5dev. 

something about encode ascii again

Failed enviroment was an trac-0.10.3.1 with PostgreSQL DB backend (an SQLite DB backend enviroment was tested without problems).

Status: new → assigned

Translation of trac-admin ($TRACSRC/trac/scripts/admin.py) may be a bad idea too. Anyway output wasn't translated at all, there were only funny characters in the output.

Undo translation of related resource.
