Description

Allow links to sections not on the current wiki page.

Example:

[[ref(Preparing Libraries, wiki:MakingARelease)]]

I realized there may be some conflicts between this and #206... the best combination would probably be:

[[ref(Section Name, WikiLink, Link Title)]]

where WikiLink and/or Link Title could be left out.

This has been part of Trac since 0.9. Just use [wiki:Page#Anchor Text].

The RefMacro does not handle references to other pages, which is what whitelynx was requesting.

My point was more that if you need such a feature, this might be a good time to move from 0.8 to 0.9 ...

Wasn't aware that this functionality was present in Trac by default... I'll use that.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Alec Thomas.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
