Allow setting path to htmldoc

Description

The server I am using does not have htmldoc installed. I have built it, but don't have write access to the standard bin directories. There should be an option in the ini file to set the path to htmldoc, so that it can be run from anywhere.

Probably applies to CombineWikiPlugin too.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Alec Thomas.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
