GraphvizPlugin should be less verbose (debug traces)

Description

Now that Graphviz plugin core seems to work ok, it would be nice to decrease the number of debug traces generated by the plugin.

It is difficult to debug a Trac installation when GraphvizPlugin is enabled, as the log file is overflooded with traces coming from this very plugin.

Changing the log level does not help, as it masks the debug info from other components as well. There are a lot of debug info produced by GraphvizPlugin which are not really relevant anymore.
