Tickets previews are not affected by the hacks

Description

When reading an already created ticket or when creating a new one, the ticket preview shows the fields that are hidden, for instance, even if those fields are rightly hidden in the input section of the ticket. (In [7200]) Hidden fields no longer show in previews or on existing tickets, replaced with empty <td> or <th> tags fixes #2531

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
