3096	no support for changing the remote repository	k0s	k0s	"if the repository_url is changed, the SvnsyncPlugin will not correctly pick up the change and will stupidly try to sync to the new repository (can't imagine that working). instead, <directory>/db/rev_props/<?> should be examined to see if the correct repository is used.  Currently, to pick another repo, the directory should be deleted until this bug is fixed.
