File upload via a web interface

Description

Our developers are using trac for viewing the files and get all the SVN facilities web-based but for adding files to SVN we should use any SVN client. It's not a big deal for developers but for managers to upload a simple file it's a headache.

Is there any web-based client for uploading files to SVN and TRAC ?!
