encourage screenshots for every plugin

Description

It would be much easier to get an initial feel for each plugin if they had screenshots.

Most of the plugins don't.

It's really easy to do, I think everyone will benefit.

This is quite a good idea. I will modify the NewHackMacro to mention this, and add a post to the front page as well.
