functional buildbot plugin available

Description

When I started working on the BuildbotPlugin there was no recent project. I have a first functional version of the plugin available (attached) It uses the Buildbot webserver for getting the build status reporst (might be improved, the UI is not that consistent...)

If you like I can provide the code and help with development.

We had to do some minor changes to make it work for us. The TimelineProvider is not working right, but the basic waterfall is fine. See attachment:TracBB-0.1.1.tar.gz

I had to change a bit the way addresses in buildbot's output are handled to make it work properly. But, I think, this sould work in general, though the code is not particular clever... It is for version 0.7.5 of buildbot.

The timeline is still not working.
