Trac TicketStast Plugin not showing any active tickets in the chart — at Version 5

I installed TicketStast Plugin for Trac 0.11. I have 2 active and 3 closed tickets. However, the chart says 0 tickets from 06/17/208 thru 07/17/2008. All the tickets are opened on 07/17/2008.

Any ideas as to why I am not seeing the chart rendered with the right no of tickets plotted.

I'm currently having this same issue as I setup to try and develop on this plugin in a Trac Development environment.
