3565,Email notification for inactive tickets,iaindb@netspace.net.au,anybody,I propose an email whining plugin - where emails are automatically sent every <period> (week_ month_ etc)_ for certain ticket queries.  eg. email reminders to owners monthly for tickets where the "last modified" date is over 30 days ago.  email body should be customisable (eg "update this ticket or I'll bite your knee caps off".)\r\n\r\nI administer a small-ish corporate Trac (<5 devs_ <20 users_ <200 tickets) and I find that the owners tend to forget that they have outstanding tickets.  I have a custom report to sort active tickets by last modified date_ and manually email people_ but this is getting harder as active tickets gets larger!\r\n\r\nThoughts?
