According to the project page, Changeset:4593 is contains an untested fix for this.
I've tried installing this on our Trac 0.11.1, but haven't managed to get it to work.
As an update to the above, this has now sprung into life. Probably has more to do with my lack of Trac-chops than anything else.
There's no Hudson link in the nav-bar, but builds are appearing in the timeline. Which is nice.
