Description
It seems that this plugin has been abandoned:
- the last commit happened two years ago
- a fix for an issue that prevents the plugin to be used with any Trac v0.11 release is available since almost one year, but has not yet been committed
I'd be happy to help with or take over the maintenance of the plugin, but I'd need permission to commit to the repository. Are you ok with that?

#2176 is fixed now so at least the plugin is working for 0.11 as mitsuhiko intended.
However, as to the future of the plugin I'm +1 on your request. I quickly scanned your patches for #4029, and it seems you want to move the plugin in a good direction. I'm quite sure mitusiko don't use the plugin now, but I'd prefer if he OK'd your request.
