The windows with "Stop work" freeze after pressing stop work

Description

Hi,

I reinstalled my trac and installed all plugins that i need. In the list was also worklog plugin.

I have this issue. When i press "Start Work" button from the worklog window, everything is ok. But when i click on "Stop Work" button, the window just stay loading, without any reactions. In oper i got an DOMException when i clicked on "Stop Work" button.

Before to reinstall trac and my system worklog was working fine.

On fireforx when i refresh the page after clicking "Stop work", i see that the work time and comments are writing to the database.

Why this happen and how can i solve this problme?

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed
  • I fixed the problem, there were some missing python packages.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Colin Guthrie.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
