Description

Hi,

The wiki page says:

These extra permissions can only deny access, not allow it. This means the user must still have TICKET_VIEW granted as normal.

IMHO this is wrong !! If I give Ticket_view permissions also (as described), the user can see all tickets. If I don't give Ticket_view but only ticket_view_self, then everything seems to work as expected.

Am I missing something? Jan

Yes, the 0.10 version worked differently however all documentation has been updated for the 0.11 release. I do not support anything but the most recent version. (to whatever degree you consider it support in the first place)

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
