Apply template when changing ticket

Description

When changing a ticket, it would be able to apply the template.

(In [4910]) (refs #4186) チケットの変更の場合も、テンプレートが利用できるようにした。

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Takanori Suzuki.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
