Select subset of tickets to batch modify

Description

Often you only want to batch modify a subset of tickets returned by a query. For example, moving selected tickets to a new milestone, or reassigning selected tickets. The selection of tickets is arbitrary, for example, #1, #5, #20.

This appears to already be implemented. Each ticket has a checkbox next to it that controls whether the batch modify applies to it or not.

I have heard of problems with these checkboxes not appearing. If you see this happening please open a new ticket with the version of Trac, list of installed plugins, web browser, and any web browser plugins.
