take all pages with a certain tag

Description

it would be nice if one could print all the pages having a certain TracTag? ... even if i am unsure how to order it then.

Please look at #4616 to see if this would be a reasonable solution.

using the tags means: one has to do nothing to use all pages which have the tag. #4616 forces you to create a dedicate page (= work) to include pages. but i guess both could be nicely combined.
