html->head->title should contain Blog-Title for SEO optimization

Description

The FullBlogPlugin should put the Pagetitle in the html-head-title Section. Now there just stands "blog". Could change it, so that the Browsertitle is the Pagetitle.

(In [5070]) FullBlogPlugin: Added more specific titles for the browser window when viewing posts or listings. Closes #4340.
