Ticket report formatting can be ehanced

Status changes in ticket may be folded into the preceding message (Ticket #N changed; status <- closed => Ticket #N closed, or even just Closed, in case #N is moved to the version field).
There are also extra symbols ; and : in message, which can be cleaned up.
