Patch submission: insert trac project name into slimtimer task name

Description

This is a small patch I've made, as I use trac for several projects. This inserts the project name (either whole name, first 5 chars, or initials, depending on name length) into the SlimTimer task name.

EG:

[ABC] #2 Task number two
