/hours shows hours events, not tickets

Description

the /hours query view shows hours-worked events. Instead, these could be grouped by tickets and amalgamated. Sometimes you want to see these events...sometimes you want them grouped by...whatever....sometimes you just want to see the hours on a per ticket basis and don't want to total the hours events themselves.
