Description
Hello.
I wanted to request, if possible, the functionality to move a topic from one forum to another. Only the moderator of the forum where the message is located should be able to perform this operation.
I have found this feature extremely useful, since I've encountered quite often users who would post messages into an inappropriate forum.

Thanks for the very quick reply. :D
I think it'd be best if you could add just a button with 'Move Topic' beside the 'Delete Topic' Button when viewing a topic. I forgot to mention, there is almost never a need to move a mass of topics from one forum to another, except if deleting a forum.

Implemented in changeset 1009.
Sure thing. Would be sufficient that this feautre will be avaiable only via WebAdminPlugin?
