Force specific page template for user pages

Description

It would be cool if the use of a specific Page Template could be forced (or at least suggested) for new user pages; so users would be prompted to enter information that's useful (eg IRC nickname).

It would be nice to have a default page created automatically when a new user first accesses his page.
