5162,Add a TICKET_COMMENT_CHANGE permission,kontakt at meitzner dot net,rjollos,In 0.11.4 the "Change" link is only shown for users with TICKET_ADMIN or TRAC_ADMIN privileges_ but as far as I've understood the purpose of the Plugin it should appear for unprivileged users at least with their own comments or changes to a ticket. Am I getting something wrong here?\r\n\r\nI'd be glad if someone could verify this with a rather clean install of Trac 0.11.4_ since I have a lot of plugins installed and enabled in my install.
