Upgrade to version 0.0.5 mess locally modified pages

Description

Version 0.0.5 features a new hierarchycal tree representation that makes locally modified pages cache incompatible with previous versions.

It is recommended commit to remote servers any local changes before upgrading to version 0.0.5.

If you already upgraded with locally modified pages you will need to manually remove any file under <workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/org.trachacks.wikieditor.eclipse.plugin/wiki-cache/.

Those files are humanly readable xml files that can be edited to recover your changes before deleting them.
