Description

Nice plugin but shoulnt this be merged into the AccountManagerPlugin so that users can choose which one to login with?

It conflicts with AccountManagerPlugin which sucks.

I see only one conflict - /login path is overwritten.

I hope AuthOpenIdPlugin solves this problem.

Add/Change #557 (This should be merged into the AccountManagerPlugin)
