Reported by: Mark Potter Owned by: Michael Renzmann
Priority: normal Component: TracHacks
Severity: normal Keywords:

Description

The WantedPagesPlugin is missing from the front page.

If this plugin is missing maybe one should perform a check on all of the listed plugins and macros to see if there are any others missing.

This was confusing to me as well when I first started browsing trac-hacks. Near the top of the trac-hacks main page there is a set of check-boxes Show hacks for releases. By default I think that only 0.11 is selected. This plugin does not appear to be supported by 0.11, so you have to add 0.10 and/or 0.9 to the filter to have it appear on the main page.

If this plugin is missing maybe one should perform a check on all of the listed plugins and macros to see if there are any others missing.

It is my experience that if a version is not entered under Tags, then the plug-in will not be displayed on the front page. We might email the trac-hacks user list about how to track down plug-ins not listed on the main page.

Ah, did not notice that little check box set. Sorry about that. Thanks for the pointer.

I think this is a valid point, and I opened a ticket with a request for a way to search for all plugins and macros, regardless of their version and tags.

See #5716.
