Error parsing xhtml data

Description

On some installations of trac, the following error is being shown, for some pages, when the docbook output is requested: 

Trac detected an internal error:

parserError: xmlParseDoc() failed

This was detected on a system running trac 0.11.5, python 2.4.3 and libxml2-python 2.6.26.

  • resolution set to fixed.

Fixed by not instructing tidy to omit the doctype on the outputed xhtml.
