5995	[Patch] The base URL should redirect to My Page.	mattc	dgc	When hitting the main page ("/" as far as the req object is concerned), the plugin should:\r\n 1. If the user is logged in, redirect to My Page just as if you had gone to /me.\r\n 1. If the user is not logged in, go on through to the main page.\r\n\r\nNote that the main page is usually the Wiki, so is just serving the contents of /wiki, so you can still get there because it wouldn't match /wiki.\r\n\r\n(I already have this implemented, I'm just testing it.
