Can't open Object IXMLHTTPRequest

Description

If I want to connect via *.mpp I get the message: 

The method open for the object IXMLHTTPRequest failed.

The excelsheet needs a never version of excel as I have. I'm using MSOffice 2007 SP2.

Am I right?

Thank you reporting. Sorry, I could not reproduce this issue. But I found only a KB on ​http://support.microsoft.com/kb/285081/en-us. I am still searching on web. Would you tell me about your environment?
