Wiki Watch w/notification doesn't seem to work

Description
When used with Announcer Plugin, the wiki notifications don't seem to be working even though the ticket ones do. When I add the wiki page (under preferences) it notifies me, however if it's on my watchlist, it doesn't send out the notification.

I think I fixed my problem by updating to the latest revision of watchlist. I believe I was running an earlier build before.

Did you enabled the config file settings described on the WatchlistPlugin wiki page? Simply adding wikis to the watchlist does not enable notifications. Is the notification column displayed in the watchlist table?
Please post the corresponding section of you config file and the revision/version number of your Trac, WatchlistPlugin and AnnouncerPlugin. Otherwise it is difficult to help you.
