Detect 'copy' and 'delete' of same file as 'move'

Description

The act of moving a file in Perforce is accomplished by branching/copying the file to a new location and then deleting the file at the old location.

The current plugin (0.4.1) represents these in the changeset view as two separate changes ('copy' and 'delete'). It would be better if this were detected as a single 'move' operation.
